So, Brown came on Thursday. The box sat, untouched, while I finished up some other pressing matters. Life sure has a way of “getting in the way” of stamping. I had to attend to some paperwork, pay bills–stuff I’d rather not deal with, but, somebody’s got to do it.

My teenage daughter had a basketball game last night. A sophomore in high school, she’s the starting point guard for the Varsity Girls Team. I couldn’t not be there to watch her play. And, boy, do I love to watch her in action! She’s definitely inherited her father’s athletic gifts. They won the game, by the way. (grin) Now must play one more team; if they win this next game, they are guaranteed a berth at the State Tournament in Yakima. If they lose, they must play the same team again, in a battle for a spot. Yikes!

But, I digress . . . It’s Saturday. Other important obligations have been fulfilled, and now another deadline is upon me. Albeit a challenging one, it’s also a very FUN one for me.

I so love playing with rubbah, ink, and paper. And, today, I have brand new stamps to mount–and they are beggin’ to be inked and impressed. It’s going to be difficult to select which one to play with first!

Decisions, decisions!!! (chortle!)

  1. look!!!! You’ve got a blog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAAAAAAAYYYY!!!!

  2. I know what you mean. My box of spring mini catalog stuff has been sitting on my dining room table for 2 days. I still haven’t had a chance to open it. I suppose I could quickly open and peek, but I was hoping to open it when I have the time to oooo and aaahhh and play.
