My husband cornered me Sunday afternoon with a very deep question about where I’m going with my “stamping business”. After a lot of frank, open discussion–where truth is sometimes painful– I’ve made some decisions that I hope will lead me down a more productive path than the one I had travelled up until the last year or so ago.

I’m a LOT nervous, and a LOT excited at his support, enthusiasm, and encouragement.

What’s that expression . . .

. . . “There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

And all things considered, I’d so love to blossom . . .

  1. I know whatever you chose to do, it’ll go well. I’ve never had the opportunity to meet you in person (I hope someday I’ll get to), but you seem like such an incredible person, that I can’t imagine you not being a success. As long as I still get to see your wonderful work, I don’t care what you end up doing! Best of luck.

  2. Do spill it girlie! We want to know where we are following you next!

  3. You have me on pins and needles!

I’m sure that whatever you do, you’ll do a fabulous job! And I can’t wait to hear about it! ;^)

  4. Julie, Julie, Julie, I have said it before and I’ll say it again: “I long to be just like you when I grow up.” Heck at almost 44 and raising 3 kids of my own, I’m still searching for that right thing *for me.* If you have found it, or even think you have found it, then by all means go get it. Best of luck and please don’t disappear altogether because many of us want to know how your journey is unfolding. You are a joy to us all.

  5. Julie, ditto to all of the posts above. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you along your journey… big or small! You’ve been such a joy and inspiration to so many… me included!

  6. Go Julie!!! Good luck in whatever you’re up to! Big hugs!!!

  7. Go for it Julie! You have so much talent. I love your cards.

  8. Gosh Julie…now you know what a butterfly must feel like! I do so hope you will continue inspiring those of us who haunt SCS (through which your delightful “Papertrufflez” was found) and post here as well. Your work keeps me going, ’cause I love the simple, elegant cards you create. Whatever you do, you will have tons of support…and I have no doubt you will be successful.

  9. spill it sister!!!!!!!!!!!
