ROTFLMBO!!!!!  I could NOT resist making this, when I spied a card with the sentiment above (hand-lettered), at the store the other day.  It just CRACKED me!!!

In case you can’t tell, the ghosts were traced with a pale blue marker–this makes anything white seem even MORE white.  They were subsequently traced with the Quickie Glue Pen, and then dusted with Prisma Glitter so they’d have a little *sparkle*. (wink!)

The shading on the pumpkins was achieved by first coloring them in with a pumpkin marker, and then going over the pumpkins’ seams with an orange marker, giving the illusion of a little more depth.

The focal panel did look fine on the black base card all by itself, but I decided to add just one more touch by drawing a white line frame.  Because the details are SO tiny, it is hard to see on film that the "girl" ghost is flirting, her batting eyelashes compliments of a fine tip black marker. Hah!

This is a design my husband will truly appreciate on his birthday! (giggling!)
