Kitchen Classics Clear Art Stamps by Crafty Secrets; Brand New Pencil Eraser (polka dots) Fabriano Mediovalis Square Folded Card; Brilliance Ink in Graphite Black; Versamagic Chalk Ink in Tea Leaves; Watercolor Crayons; Olive Mulberry Paper; Patterned Paper by Anna Griffin (QVC scrapbooking kit); Mulberry Paper Flower by Prima; Gold Mini Brad; Lipstick Red Marker by Copic; Gingham by May Arts; Variegated Green Ribbon (source unknown)

This design reached a stumbling block, as I neared the end of its creation.  I wanted something red for the center of the Prima, and I was looking for something different besides a rhinestone . . . I must have gone through my entire stash of embellishments . . . No luck. (teeth gnashing!)  I really hate when that happens, because I have soooooo many embellishments hoarded away in the vault that you’d think I have virtually *everything* for every conceivable project . . . (insert rolling eyeballs)

I pulled out my mini brads, about to emboss one with red embossing powder, and knowing it would be "too" bright red for the look I wanted . . . and, then I finally remembered that Copic Markers can be used on metal.  Whaaaaaat?????  Metal???  Hmmmmmm.  Well, I could always test that out, and emboss it later on, if it didn’t work.

Yeeeaaaaah, BABY!!!  Dat’s what I’m talkin’ ’bout!!!  *grin*

I’ve been working with fall and winter images for a few months now, so I needed to make something summery–cherries always speak summer to me.  Does this "reflect" summer to you?  It also reminds me of my sister, who loves cherry pie . . . I’m blowin’ ya’ kisses, li’l Sis!

It’s been quite the challenge, keeping the coming A Muse images under lock & key–folks are sooooooo gonna flip!  It’s too early to list my faves from this release, but, it is comin’ up fast! *wink*   It’s exciting, isn’t it?  Well, at least it is when I can keep my eyes open it is . . . *chuckle*

I am, and have been, up to my eyeballs this week, runnin’ on about 4 hours of sleep each night.  Preppin’ for my A*Muse*Palooza classes is just one of the many (OMG, if you saw how many . . . ACK!)  things on this week’s *must be completed* list . . .  I’d post it, but, seriously?   Ya’all would fall down dead if you were to see it–heck, *I* am gonna fall down dead if think too much about it!  ACK!

OK.  Don’t think!  Breathe.

One task at a time.  I will.  I must.  Gitter done.
