I love teacups!  Don’t ask me why!  I just do!  I love the way this one has the little teabag tag dangling over the edge of the cup . . .

So, do you have little bits & pieces of pretty paper laying around?  I do. (massive understatement!) I save ‘em for punching, and testing colors, etc.  But, sometimes, it’s fun to just gather ‘em up and make a little "patchwork" background on a card.  These are all mix-matched, but, I really liked how they came together on this card–kind of a shabby chic effect.  I think it works because the colors are very soft and understated in the background . . . I like it so much, I wanna make another one!  *chuckle*

And, by golly, I’m gonna do it!

Enjoy your weekend!  We’re invited to a poker party Saturday night . . .   Wish me luck!   I don’t care if I lose, but, I’d really like to last at least an hour into the game before my chips are no m’oah already!
