Cityscape3

Truth be told, I’ve only seen the TV show a time or two, and never an entire episode.  Never seen the movie, either.  But, from what I hear, they’ve made girly ‘tinis en vogue, and I happen to like girly ‘tinis muchly, and think that every once in a while chiquitas everywhere should have a fun night on the town.  And, you don’t even hafta paint the town red, as long as you know the best place to gather for the gooder ‘tinis!   *chuckle*

I wanted this to be a no-layers, quick & simple design–seriously, if you’re gonna invite the chiquitas to a night out, you’re not going to belabor the making of the invites are ya’?!  ‘Course not.  You want WHAM, BAM, and out the door!  But, still chic, no?!  *wink*

I used a ruler and a pencil to draw myself a straight line, for Cityscape.  I did use a stamp positioner in order to perfectly align this one, cuz I was not in the mood to botch the card by eyeballing–I need new glasses in the worst way right now!  LOL!

Note:  If you have to use a stamp positioner, you’re best off using a quick-drying DYE ink, like Memento.  Otherwise, guess what, Einstein??!!! You have to heat set the image after each stamping, before you can stamp it again or you’ll smear the ink with your dang tool!  Ask me how I know!

HAH!

I can never have enough silver cording–so great for attaching tags and whatnot.  This looks kinda like a metal edge tag, but, it’s really a black punch out layered over a slightly larger silver metallic punch out.  I stamped the ‘tini in white pigment ink for high contrast, and then embellished it with a Mini Dot Twinkle Sticker "cherry".

Look, ma!  No colorin’!

See?  I done told ya’ it was speedy quick! *chuckle*

to ya’, and I hope you’ll come back for design 4 of 5 tomorrow. *wink*
