OK, not really.

This fun design was featured as the Card Of the Week in yesterday's A Muse newsletter!  Waving Cow

I don't do it very often, but, I do love the effect you can get with masking!  It worked fab in this design!

I'm so glad Easter is in April this year–totally snuck up on me last year!  My kids still like to dye eggs–even at 19 and 12.  And, they want "the bunny" to hide 'em, so they can hunt 'em. Like THREE times!!!   Goofy kids!  But, we have fun.  And, lots of egg salad!

Which reminds me . . . I must get stocked up on Starbust jelly beans–they are so juicy.  And peeps. Gotta be prepared for the annual peep jousting, too, of course.

Things have been busy–too busy!  I still haven't gotten a wife, altho I do appreciate Jill's suggestion of a Cabana Boy.  Hmmmmm.   Must look into that.  *chuckle*

  1. Your card is adorable, Julie…and you definitely deserve a Cabana boy. ;)

I’m a Jelly Belly fan myself. Yum, yum!!

  2. Heh???? Your kids are 12 and 19? But, you look like you are 19 years old! I must look at your picture closely again. =)
You are awesome. I recognize your cards on paper crafts magazine, and I get excited.

  3. First thing I thought was, gosh,I hope she got an epidural!!

  4. And…this card is gorgeous. I love it. You deserved a COW or a Bison…or a Cabana Boy.

  5. Oh my! This makes me think of that Robin Williams movie…Birdcage or something like that? Hank Azaria plays a part like the ‘pool boy.’

I love masking! I love Judikins Eclipse Masking tape, too.

  6. Everyone needs a Cabana boy! My ideal of the perfect life style. On a private island, no men allowed only your best girl friends and a cabana boy for everyone. When you tire of them, they are exiled and new cabana boys brought in!

  7. Cabana boy! Yes! He can get all those chores done for you that you don’t like. BTW, love the card and your masking job!
