This snail guy by Savvy just cracks me! We get a lotta snails around here in the PNW… and even more slugs. Snails are cuter than slugs, tho, cuz of those little shell houses they piggy back around with 'em… *cheeky grin*

I am also a sucker for a cute toadstool and when I saw these wooden ones by Prima Marketing, I think I actually got heart palpitations!
Of course, then the little voices started talkin'… and one thing led to another… and it turned out SOOOOOO stinkin' cute!!! *monkey clappin'*
I used a 1 3/8"square punch to line it up twice to make the rectangular window–but you could also use a larger punch or a rectangular die, of course. Toadstool stem was colored with a Faber Castell Big White Pen and then some red Copics on the "cap". I die cut the grass from vellum card stock and also tinted it with several shades of green Copics–love the variegated look it gives… I traced the window from the panel lightly onto the kraft card base so I'd know where to stamp and glue things down. BTW, Ranger Glossy Accents is perfect for gluing down wood and other lumpier type embellishments, since it dries clear.
Have a Happy Easter! Love that Spring is comin' on–so ready for warmer temps and mebbe a few less rain storms… :)
