There are times when life throws more curveballs than we can handle and in order to keep fighting the good fight, something’s got to give… I don’t talk about it very often, and many of you may not know this about me, but I have suffered from an anxiety/depression disorder for many, many years. ¬†Most of the time, I do fairly well, but when the curveballs start flying, sometimes my anxiety takes over and I struggle with panic attacks, and my ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions, etc. becomes severely diminished. And, when that happens, I find it helps to take something off my plate for awhile.

I’m hoping to start creating and posting again more regularly, but in the meantime, I just wanted to say, “I’m still kickin’; I’m just out fielding some curveballs at the moment.”

:)
