Do you have a printed catalog?
No. To keep down the costs to our consumers, we decided to just use an On-Line Catalog.

How can I contact you in person?
Our address, phone number and e-mail address are on our
Contact Us
page. You can also use our E-mail Page form for questions or comments.

Do you have sales?
Our prices are set to give good value all the time and do not allow us to put items on sale.

How soon will I receive my order?
We try to keep items listed in our catalog on hand because of the craft fairs we do. If the item is on hand, it will be shipped out the next morning. I ship 6 days a week (USPS Priority Mail) as the Post Office is only six blocks away. If the item is not on hand or is a custom order, it will be 2 to 6 weeks Ė it could be longer during the Christmas Rush.
When your order is received and when it is shipped, you will receive notice by e-mail or phone.

What is PayPal and why do you use it?
PayPal is an eBay company set up to handle credit card payment on-line. PayPal uses a military encryption grade program to protect itsí information which small businesses cannot afford. It is as safe as you can get and there is no cost to you.

Do you offer a guarantee?
I stand behind my goods. Any item found unsatisfactory due to workmanship should be returned within 7 days for refund, less shipping and handling. Custom orders will be repaired, replaced or refunded after I decide what is the best course of action to take.

What is your privacy policy?
I do not sell or rent my customersí mailing addresses or e-mail addresses. I personally detest telemarketers and all forms of unsolicited advertisements. Customers using PayPal for on-line orders need not worry. PayPalís policy is the same as mine.
